Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners at
9:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 24, 2012 in the Board of County Commissioners Chambers, 3`d Floor, County
Government Center, 3299 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida, to consider:
A Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, closing the approved Audubon
Country Club Planned Unit Development, which has fully completed all or an independent portion of
development pursuant to their development orders and have been found by Collier County to have only one
transportation commitment remaining which will be tracked through the Commitment Tracking System. The
PUD is located in Collier County, Florida on the west side of US -41, extending westward across Vanderbilt Beach
Drive to Little Hickory Bay, Sections 5, 7, 8 & 9, Township 48 South, Section 25, consisting of 754.75 acres.
All interested parties are invited to appear and be heard. A copy of the proposed Resolution is on file and
available for inspection at the Collier County Clerk's Office, 4th floor, Administration Building, Collier County
Government Center, East Naples, Florida; and the Land Development Services Department, Comprehensive
Planning Section, 2800 N. Horseshoe Drive, Naples, Florida between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday. Any questions pertaining to these documents should be directed to the Land

NOTE: All persons wishing to speak on any agenda item must register with the County administrator prior to

We are having a meeting today on these close outs but I think what is going to happen is only six of the sixteen
PUD's will actually go through close out.
Unless instructed otherwise, the six will most likely be on the November 13th BCC Meeting. I don't think I have
enough time to hit the October 23rd meeting due to needing new resolutions, changing my executive
summaries, etc.
