County Attorney. This includes signature pages from ordinances, resolutions, etc. signed by the

DEP AGREEMENT NO. S0539
AMENDMENT NO. 1
THIS AGREEMENT as entered into on the 9`' day of August, 2011, between the STATE OF FLORIDA
DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION (hereinafter referred to as the "Department ") and the
COLLIER COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee" or
"Recipient ") is hereby amended.
WHEREAS, due to a delay in the execution of this Agreement, it is necessary to extend the completion
date; and,
WHEREAS, other changes to the Agreement are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows:
-- Paragraph 2. is hereby revised to change the completion date of the Agreement to January 15, 2013.
-- Paragraph 15 is hereby revised to change the Department's Grant Manager information to read as follows:
