After conversing with Jack McKenna and John Houldsworth and researching your concerns, we see no problem
combining the 2 vacations together, as they are on the same property.
The ad need to be advertised once a week for two weeks prior to the 4/24 BCC meeting date.
And the property owners will need to be sent a notice. (See attached)

Hi Marcus (everyone else too O)
I wanted you to know we received your legal request for the
Bent Creek Preserve VAC for the Board's April 24 Meeting.
First of all I'm assuming you wanted to combine the two resolution titles in one ad.
But because these are vacations, one for a public road right -of -way easement and
the other vacating two conservation easements, depending on Florida Statutes
they may just have different advertising requirements.
I was hoping someone could check into this and get back to me?
And, I had one more question; do any property owners need to be sent a notice?
I'll get started on processing the ad - while you check out the legalities.
