Ann,
I have one minor change (see below) to the "petition title" just underneath the "Ordinance Title" in yellow highlight
(to show change only) as follows:
PL20110002601/CPSS-201 1 -1 — A petition requesting a small scale Growth Management Plan amendment to the

transportation intersection improvements, and to remove related paragraph cm., for property located at the

CCPC ad was run this way and we should stay consistent.
As to the map, it may have been cut off due to them zooming in on the location of the petitioner's property (as was
done in the CCPC ad). However, it is "ok" for the full map to remain, since it fits and is close to the size
advertisement requested.
Please return confirmation (now change 412) for final approval.

Good Morning,
Please review the attached display ad for Petition CPSS- 2011 -1, scheduled for publication on
April 4, 2012 for the April 24th Board of County Commissioner's Meeting.
They had sent a "proof" yesterday afternoon, but because half of the map was cut off,
I asked them to try again. That's why the email subject references a "revised" proof.
"The map in the first one was really unacceptable"
So, please check the ad over; I'll be sending you a few more today.
NON would like an approval a.s.a.p.
