5. The utility facilities described herein are not
included in, encumbered by, or subject to any real
property mortga$e, chattel mortgage, security agreement,
Uniform Commerc1al Code financing statement, or any other
encumbrance.
6. As and on behalf of the Owner of the sub~ect
utility facilities, does for valuable considerat1on hereby
agree and guarantee, to hold the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING

any Uniform Commercial Code financing statements.
5. The record owner of the real and personal property
described herein is Vineyards Development Corp., A Florida
Corporation, created and operating under the laws of the
State of Florida, (hereinafter "Owner"). The Owner
acquired record title to the subject real propert3 by
instrument recorded at Official Records Book J 2-Z J ,
Page ~~1~ , Public Records, Collier County, Florida (copy
attached). Affiant has examined the corporate information
obtained from the State of Florida under which the
corporation was created and presently operates, that the
corporation is current and active within said State, that
the corporation is currently authorized to do business in

is authorized to execute the instruments on behalf of the
corporation in conjunction with the conveyance of the

This is to inform you that the above referenced project has been
granted preliminary approval by Engineering Review in compliance
with Collier County Land Development Code, Section 3.2.6.5.2.
All water and sewer facilities approved and accepted and required
to be maintained by Collier County shall be conveyed to the
County pursuant to the provisions set forth in Collier County
Ordinance No. 97-17, as amended.
You are reminded that it is your responsibility to petition the
Development Services Director for final approval of the
improvements upon the expiration of the minimum one (1) year
maintenance period. After satisfactory completion of all final
inspections, the Board of County Commissioners shall adopt a
resolution giving final approval of the required improvements,
acknowledging the dedication(s) of the final subdivision plat and
establishing County responsibility for maintenance of the
required improvements if it is the Board's desire to accept and
maintain the facilities.

During the initial final site inspection of the potable
water system improvements within proposed Villa FIorenza,
a check on the potable water system mains on-site occurred
in accordance with the technical specifications. The 8"
main was pressure tested at a test pressure of 150 psi for
a two hour period. After the required two (2) hour test,
the system was adjusted as needed to compensate for any
pressure losses that occurred, with an additional ~mount
of water added back into the system as follows:
None (0) gallons added.
The allowable leakage is computed and identified below¡
the actual leakage was less and, therefore, acceptable.

During the final site inspection of the sanitary sewage
system improvements, a check on the sanitary sewer gravity
lines occurred in accordance with the technical
specifications. The sewer system was tested/checked for
infiltration volume that accumulated over a prior 24 hour
period with the following results:
