RESOLUTION NO. 2013 — 218
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING STEPHEN J. HRUBY
AND CLYDE C. QUINBY, JR., TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, on July 31, 1991, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance
No. 91 -65 establishing the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 91 -65, as subsequently amended, provides that this Advisory
Committee shall be composed of eleven (11) voting members and one (1) alternate member
appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and the Naples City Council based on
residency and professional experience related to affordable housing; and
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2013, there will be two vacancies on this Advisory
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Advisory Committee has provided the Board of County Commissioners
with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that STEPHEN J. HRUBY and
CLYDE C. QUINBY, JR., are hereby reappointed to the Affordable Housing Advisory
Committee for three -year terms, said terms to expire on October 1, 2016.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 24th
day of September, 2013.
