CLB Backup 08/15/2018 BRIEF CHRONOLOGICAL SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION 4.75 yrs. of local electrical education 1997-98 Graduated Naples High and began working with Accent Electric, mostly big commercial. Club houses, common areas, gym, pool areas. 30000 sq. ft. bldg. In airport industrial park, church on airport rd. etc.. 1998 Design Electric Mainly custom homes and high rise condo remodels in Park shore. 1999-2000 Tropical Electric worked with Tim the owner on remodels in Pine Ridge Estates, commercial strip mall build-outs and custom homes in Grey Oaks. 2001-04 Elite Electric I was crew leader and driver. Hundreds of homes/condos in the Brooks, Pelican strand. Pelican landing. Several commercial build outs on 41 in Estero to Naples. 2005 Gulf States Electric all industrial/commercial work. Water treatment plant in Immokalee by the casino and several lift stations around Naples and service work on their prior jobs. 2006-07 Advanced Electric I was crew leader and driver. Variety of custom homes, docks, service work. He has hired me many times since and we are still friends. 2008-11 Signature Series Homes 1 of only 2 superintendents. I completed 263 Homes from slab to C.O. before Bob the owner said he had cancer and advised Hal and Ito move on. 2012-16 Doug Foster Construction I worked with Doug daily on several remodels in Bonita Bay, Venetian Village, Mediterra and 3 restaurant remodels and 2 office/retail build outs. Also he does inspections so many inspections including attics. 2015 I remodeled my own home to the stud including all mechanicals which passed roughs and trims the 1st time. 2016 to present I still work with Doug on and off but he is slowing down after 30 years as a good local general contractor. 2018 Last month I completed (Master Electric Continuing education) to keep current with any code changes. Mainly AFCI and GFCI requirements but keeping up to date is always important. (d/b/a Signarama, a national franchise company), contracted with a property owner for the purchase and installation of electrical signs without being duly licensed to engage in such work in Collier County. Mr. Ciarrocchi did not appear at the public hearing.
