Hi girls,
I need help regarding the attached May 14 BCC Meeting agenda items.
These are the releases /satisfactions that were to be sent to other
parties to record in official records. We would really prefer to keep the
original documents in our office. If they leave our office we will
never see them again. Habitat for Humanity and the firm Goede & Adamczyk
(both) have accounts in official records to cover charges in that office.
Is it possible that they be contacted to see if their individual recording
accounts could be charged for the fees involved? I believe Habitat's
charges would be $30 and the law firm's - $10. If that's not possible I will
have to physically meet their representative in the Recording Department.

in the payoff received by our office the $10.00 recording fee payment made out to the Clerk of Courts was not
included. The Impact Fee Release was sent to the BCC and approved on 16D1 May 14, 2012. The Clerk of Courts
Recording office requires payment for the recording of the Release of Lien they will not return the document for you to
record as I first thought.
Please provide an approval for the clerk to charge your account for the payment of $10.00 for the release.
