5. The Chairman's signature line date has been entered as the date of BCC approval of the JAK
document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.

7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip JAK
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwardi g to Tallahassee within a certain

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING MARK S. WEBER TO
THE VANDERBILT BEACH BEAUTIFICATION ADVISORY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2001-43 established the Vanderbilt Beach
Beautification Advisory Committee to aid and assist the Board of County Commissioners
(Board) in carrying out the purposes of the Vanderbilt Beach Beautification Municipal Service
Taxing Unit (MSTU); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2001-43, as amended, provides that this Advisory
Committee shall consist of five members who generally represent the area within the MSTU; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacant, unexpired term on this Advisory Committee;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Vanderbilt Beach Beautification Advisory Committee has provided the
Board with its recommendation for appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that MARK S. WEBER is hereby
appointed to the Vanderbilt Beach Beautification Advisory Committee to fulfill the remainder of
this unexpired term, said term to expire on November 13, 2013.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote on this the 23rd
day of April, 2013.
