RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING TOM CRAVENS, JOHAN
"JOHN" DOMENIE, JOSEPH CHICUREL, AND SCOTT WILLIAM
STRECKENBEIN TO THE PELICAN BAY SERVICES DIVISION
BOARD.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002 -27, created the Pelican Bay Municipal
Service Taxing and Benefit Unit (Unit) and established the Pelican Bay Municipal Service
Taxing and Benefit Unit Advisory Committee (known as the Pelican Bay Services Division
Board); and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002 -27, as amended, provides that the that the Pelican Bay
Services Division Board shall consist of nine members representing the residential interests
within the Unit and two members representing the commercial and business interests within the
Unit; and
WHEREAS, members of the Pelican Bay Services Division Board are selected by ballot
from the residents of the Unit; and
WHEREAS, the mail -in ballots were counted on March 25, 2013, and the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court prepared a list of the election results.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that TOM CRAVENS, JOHAN
"JOHN" DOMENIE, JOSEPH CHICUREL, and SCOTT WILLIAM STRECKENBEIN, all
representing residential interests within the Unit, are hereby appointed to the Pelican Bay
Services Division Board to serve four -year terms, said terms to expire on March 31, 2017.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED after motion, second and majority vote favoring same,
this the 26th daypof March, 2013.

PELICAN BAY SERVICES DIVISION BOARD.
