wide in standard size, and the headline in the advertisement must be in a type no smaller than 18 point.
The advertisement must be placed in that portion of the newspaper where legal notices and classified
advertisements appear.

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room, third
floor, Collier Government Center, 3299 East Tamiami Trail, Naples FL, the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will
consider the enactment of a County Resolution. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. The title of the proposed
Resolution is as follows:
RESOLUTION NO. 2013-
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S ERROR FOUND
IN RESOLUTION NO. 84 -166 WHICH VACATED A PORTION OF RAILROAD
STREET, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA, RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 60 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST,
COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
A copy of the proposed Resolution is on file with the Clerk to the Board and is available for inspection. All interested
parties are invited to attend and be heard.
NOTE: All persons wishing to speak on any agenda item must register with the County manager prior to presentation of
the agenda item to be addressed. Individual speakers will be limited to 5 minutes on any item. The selection of any
individual to speak on behalf of an organization or group is encouraged. If recognized by the Chairman, a spokesperson
for a group or organization may be allotted 10 minutes to speak on an item.
Persons wishing to have written or graphic materials included in the Board agenda packets must submit said material a
minimum of 3 weeks prior to the respective public hearing. In any case, written materials intended to be considered by the
Board shall be submitted to the appropriate County staff a minimum of seven days prior to the public hearing. All materials
used in presentations before the Board will become a permanent part of the record.
Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Board will need a record of the proceedings pertaining thereto and
therefore, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is based.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S
ERROR FOUND IN RESOLUTION NO. $4.166 WHICH VACATED A
PORTION OF RAILROAD STREET, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF
IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 60
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST,
COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
September 4, 1984 approved Resolution No. 84-166 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-166 contained a scrivener's error in the legal description
which left approximately 22.3 feet of Railroad Street in place; and
WHEREAS, the corrected legal description is as follows:
That portion of Railroad Street in Immokalee, Florida, as shown on the plat of
Immokalee, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 1. Page 60 of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida which is bounded on the South by a prolongation of the
Northerly right-of-way line of Oak Street to the East right-of-way line of Railroad
Street; and bounded on the north by a line which is found by; Commencing at the
Northwest comer of the Southwest one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of
Section 3, Township 47 South, Range 29 East; Thence along the west line of said
Section 3, South 00'57'50" East, a distance of 327 feet; Thence leaving said line
and along a line beating North 88'26'25" East extended to a point on the East right-
of-way line of Railroad Street.
WHEREAS, Chapman Fruit Company, Inc., the owner of the subject property, has
requested the Board of County Commissioners to amend Resolution No. 84-166 to include the
corrected legal description and to renounce ownership of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
This Resolution amends Resolution 84166 to include the above corrected legal
description as the vacated portion of Railroad Street in Immokalee, Florida and the property
described in said corrected legal description is hereby vacated, extinguished, renounced and
disclaimed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk, to the Board is hereby
directed to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida and to make proper notation of this Resolution on the plat recorded in Ptat Book 1, Page
60.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this the
day of 2013.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TO CORRECT A SCRIVENER'S
ERROR FOUND IN RESOLUTION NO. 84 -166 WHICH VACATED A
PORTION OF RAILROAD STREET, AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF
IMMOKALEE, FLORIDA, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 60
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
LOCATED IN SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 47 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST,
COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on
September 4, 1984 approved Resolution No. 84 -166 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84 -166 contained a scrivener's error in the legal description
which left approximately 22.3 feet of Railroad Street in place; and
WHEREAS, the corrected legal description is as follows:
That portion of Railroad Street in Immokalee, Florida, as shown on the plat of
Immokalee, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 60 of the Public Records of
Collier County, Florida which is bounded on the South by a prolongation of the
Northerly right -of -way line of Oak Street to the East right -of -way line of Railroad
Street; and bounded on the north by a line which is found by; Commencing at the
Northwest corner of the Southwest one - quarter of the Northwest one - quarter of
Section 3, Township 47 South, Range 29 East; Thence along the west line of said
Section 3, South 00 °57'50" East, a distance of 327 feet; Thence leaving said line
and along a line bearing North 88 °26'25" East extended to a point on the East right -
of -way line of Railroad Street.
WHEREAS, Chapman Fruit Company, Inc., the owner of the subject property, has
requested the Board of County Commissioners to amend Resolution No. 84 -166 to include the
corrected legal description and to renounce ownership of the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
This Resolution amends Resolution 84 -166 to include the above corrected legal
description as the vacated portion of Railroad Street in Immokalee, Florida and the property
described in said corrected legal description is hereby vacated, extinguished, renounced and
disclaimed.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk to the Board is hereby
directed to record a certified copy of the Resolution in the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida and to make proper notation of this Resolution on the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page

This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same, this the
day of January, 2013.
