1) The Developer of Heritage Bay Maintenance Facility, 10255 Heritage Bay Boulevard,
has consbucted the ~er..-facility within dedicated easements to serve this
development. See attached location map.
2) Preliminary acceptance of this water utility .facility was approved by the Land
Development Services staff on January 23, 2008. At that time, the value of this utility
facility (assets) was $1,150 (see attachment[s)). Final Acceptance is in accordance
with Ordinance 2004-31, as'amended.
3) Staff...~ all preliminary acceptance documents in the public records of
CoIIier'~, which have ,been reviewEKI and approved by the County Attorney's
otIk;e ntoibn1 and legal sufficiency.
4) The water facility has been operated and maintained by the Collier County Water-
. Sewer District durtilg, not less than, the required one (1) year warranty period.
5). A final inspection to discover defects in materials and workmanship has been
conducted by the Land Development Services staff in coordination with Public Utilities
and this facility has been found to be satiSfactOry and acceptable.
