EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the satisfaction of mortgage for
an owner occupied affordable housing dwelling unit that has satisfied the terms of assistance
provided.
OBJE.CTIVE: Approve and authorize the Chairman to sign the satisfaction of mortgage for an owner
occupied affordable housing dwelling unit that has satisfied the terms of assistance provided.
CONSIDERATIONS: Recipients of affordable housing assistance are required to repay the County
upon sale, refinance or loss of homestead exemption. However, certain federal grant programs provide
for forgiveness of the loan after the five (5) year affordability period.
The applicant listed below has fulfilled the restrictive covenants relating to the affordability period, as
well as the restriction on sale, refinance and loss of homestead exemption. This applicant's compliance
with the grant terms have been monitored and documented. The applicant listed below has fulfilled all
grant requirements and obligations and is entitled to forgiveness of the assistance provided.
