CONSIDERATIONS: Collier County acquired Parcels ](IOFEE and JO]FEE (in fee simple) and ParecIs ](IOSUE and J01SUE (perpetua] non-exclusive slope and utility easements) from Waterways of Naples Homeowners Association. Inc, for construction of roadway improvements to Oil Well Road by entry of an Order of Taking and by depositing the sum of $90.S00.00 in the court registry on January] g, 200~. The County's appraiser and owner's appraiser differed in the valuation of tl1e ]andseaping in the taking and damages to the remainder development. The Owner's appraisal includes a higher valuation of the landscaping and the addition of an g- foot concrete wall in this location on the eastern comer of the \\,' aterways development. On April 20, 20]0, the pmiics mediated the ease and agreed to a settlement of $J25.000.00 fix Parcels ]OOFEE, 100SUE, ]0]1'1'1' and ]O]SUE.
