EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve reimbursement
to Pelican Bay Services Division for surplus property sales from the past three years
and approve all future proceeds of Pelican Bay Services Division property sold at
surplus be credited to the appropriate Pelican Bay Services Division Fund.
OBJECTIVE: To approve the reimbursement of $6,680,00 to Pelican Bay Services
Division Fund 109 from the sale of property(s) for items purchased by Pelican Bay

Services Division Fund 109.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This Agreement has been reviewed for legal
sufficiency and is ready for Board consideration and approval. - JAK
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMP ACT: There is no Growth Management Impact
associated with this action.

reimbursement of$6,680.00 to Pelican Bay Services Division Fund 109 from FY 2007 in
