WHeReAS, this special day is a time to remember ose children who are missing
and give hope to their families: and,
WHeReAS, the Board of County Commissioners ur#s the participation of local
government, law enforcement, schools, c~mmunity-basl!d organizations,
and fami'lies in the protection and educatiit" of all individuals about chiid
abduction and sexual exploitation. appropAiate protective measures, and
