EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve, and authorize the Chairman to sign, a Satisfaction of
Lien, related to impact fees, due to the deferred impact fees being paid in full, in
accordance with the Immokalee Residential Impact Fee Deferral Program, as set
forth by Section 74-201 (g) of the Collier County Code of Laws and Ordinances
OBJECTIVE: That the Board of County Commissioners (Board) approve a Satisfaction
of Lien, related to impact fees, due to the impact fees being paid in fun, in accordance
with the Immokalee Residential Impact Fee Deferral Program, as set forth by Section 74-
201 (g) of the Conier County Code of Laws and Ordinances (Code),
CONSIDERA TIONS: The Immokalee Residential Impact Fee Deferral Program, which
was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 18, 2003, provided
impact fee deferrals to qualified applicants within the boundaries of the Immokalee
Community Redevelopment Area. The Program officiany sunset on November 18, 2006;
however the approved participants continue to be monitored for Program compliance.
On December 9, 2009, impact fees related to the subject property at 1208 Allegiance
Way, 1mmokalee, were paid in fun in the amount of $6,799.34. This payment ended the
term of the deferral agreement and triggered the requirement for a Satisfaction of Lien.

FISCAL IMPACT: The impact fees related to the subject properties have been paid in
fun to the applicable impact fee trust funds. An other fees and costs related to the
satisfaction of the lien and recording costs win be paid from the Operating Budget of the
Impact Fee Administration (Fund 107), with funds collected through application fees for
the Immokalee Residential Deferral Program. The purpose of the application fee is to pay
an related costs of administering the program. Therefore, there is no fiscal impact related
to this request.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: This request has no impact on the County's
Growth Management Plan.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item is legally sufficient for Board action. -JW
RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners approve the
Satisfaction of Lien, related to impact fees, due to the impact fees being repaid in fun, in
accordance with the Immokalee Residential Impact Fee Deferral Program, as set forth by
Section 74-201 (g) ofthe Code.

SATISFACTION OF LIEN
This is to certifY that the claim of lien in the sum of Six Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-
Nine Dollars and Thirty Four Cents ($6,799.34), arising out of an Agreement For Deferral of
100% of Collier County Impact Fees - Immokalee Residential Impact Fee Deferral Program,
dated November I, 2004, and recorded in O.R. Book 3670, Page 3736, et seq" of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida, against the below described real property, has been satisfied
in full. The subject property was previously owned by Steven Munguia and Sandra Cantu and is
currently owned by Jaime Alvarex Brito and Claudia E. Padilla Camacho,
Lot 27, Independence Phase I, as recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 44-46 of the Public
Records of Collier County, Florida.
The undersigned is authorized to and does hereby release this lien as to the whole of the
above-described real property and consents to this lien being discharged of record,
