VAB Agenda 08-06-2018 Item 3C 08/06/2018 Item 3C EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Recommendation to review and accept the resignation of the Alternate Homestead Citizen Member for the 2018 Value Adjustment Board. OBJECTIVE: At the final meeting of the 2017 Value Adjustment Board on March 5, 2018, the VAB instructed the Board Clerk to make contact with Mr. Shawn Khan, the Alternate Homestead Citizen Member, to determine his intentions regarding his position on the Board. CONSIDERATIONS: As instructed by the Value Adjustment Board (VAB) at their March 5, 2018 meeting, the Board Clerk contacted Mr. Shawn Khan via email on March 8, 2018 to get his response as to his intentions in regards to his position on the Board. He responded via email on March 11, 2018 with his request to resign. The email correspondence is attached. RECOMMENDATION: To review and accept the resignation of the Alternate Homestead Citizen Member, Shawn Khan.
