Beginning as a four-person woodworking company, Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild has since emerged as
the premier provider of fine interior woodwork and finishes preferred by discerning homeowners, top
architects, interior designers, and general contractors throughout the u.s. and beyond. Today, as a large
team of passionate artisans and support staff - sharing centuries of combined experience - Thomas
Riley Artisans' Guild is capable of executing a complete interior project or creating a one-of-a-kind
furniture masterpiece.
Based in Naples, Florida, the work of Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild is showcased in exclusive communities
throughout the world including Naples, New York City, The Hamptons, Palm Beach, and the Caribbean,
The company operates from its 32,000 square-foot state.of-the-art facility, which houses design,
engineering, manufacturing and finishing departments, as well as administrative offices and showrooms.
Pride is taken in maintaining a clean and safe workplace and potential clients are invited to tour the
facility at any time,
As part of its core values, Thomas Riley Artisans' Guild fosters a true "shoulder-to-shoulder" work ethic,
where each department collaborates to evolve a project from its earliest sketches to the final finishing
touches, From draftsmen who turn visions into detailed drawings, to artisans who turn drawings into
finished products, to installers who turn finished products into showcases, each team member is
committed to providing monumental quality products and white glove customer service, This
confluence of quality and service makes each project truly extraordinary and defines the Thomas Riley
Artisans' Guild experience.
The company also maintains a firm dedication to community; all team members are encouraged to give
back through charitable contributions and volunteering, Collectively, they support local youth
organizations and schools, many non-profit organizations such as the Economic Development Council of
Collier County, the Collier County Education Foundation, Junior Achievement, and the Naples Children
and Education Foundation. The company also provides mentorship opportunities for local students
interested in fine woodworking and the decorative arts,
Currently, their philanthropic priority is the building of a sanctuary and community outreach center for
the Immokalee Church of the Nazarene (ICN). The Church is a haven for many families in Immokalee.
The growing ICN congregation, who has very little, has already given more than $100,000 towards the
building of a new ICN sanctuary and community center. Tom Riley, CEO and founder of the Artisans'
Guild, is now leading a campaign to raise $1.3 million to fulfill this dream for ICN and the people of
Immokalee.
