Recommend the Collier County Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Board of
County Commissioners (BCC) receives a CRA/MSTU staff presentation on projects,
programs, and activities in the CRA and Bayshore Beautification MSTU areas.
OBJECTIVE: For the CRA Board and BCC to receive a staff presentation on projects,
programs and activities in the CRA and Bayshore Beautification MSTU areas.
CONSIDERATIONS: At regularly scheduled BCC and CRA Board meetings on September 27,
2011 and October 25, 2011, there was discussion about the projects, programs and activities in
the Bayshore Gateway Triangle CRA area and Bayshore Beautification MSTU area. Questions
arose as to the progress that has been made over time since these organizations were created.
CRA /MSTU staff will provide a presentation to the BCC and CRA Boards to update the
Commissioners and general public on a status of projects, programs and activities in the
Bayshore Gateway Triangle CRA area and Bayshore Beautification MSTU area.
FISCAL IMPACT: There is no fiscal impact.
GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: None.
LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item raises no legal issues. -JAK
RECOMMENDATION: For the CRA Board and BCC to receive a CRA/MSTU staff
presentation on projects, programs and activities in the CRA and Bayshore Beautification MSTU
areas.
