CONSIDERAMNS: The Immokatee Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee has 1 term due to a resignation that will expire on March 16, 2012. This 5- member committee advises the Board of County Commissioners on the budget and related matters pertaining to the beautification taxing district. Members must be residents of the Immokalee Beautification Taxing District or a member appointed by a business located within the boundaries of the MSTU. Terms are 4 years. A list of the current membership is included in the backup. Carrie E. Williams resigned on September 23, 2011 from a term due to expire March 16, 2012. At a regular meeting of the Immokalee Lighting and Beautification MSTU on October 26, 2011, one candidate, Mintzy Berry of 607 Nassau Street 41, Immokalee, Florida 34142, withdrew her application.
