THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED made this

COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF F ORIDA (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), and JMD DEVELOPMENTS AND INVESTMENTS, LLC, its successors and assigns,
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration to said Grantor in hand paid by said Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hereby quit claims, remises and releases to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs,
successors and assigns forever, all the water lines previously conveyed to Grantor by Deed recorded in
OR 1148 Page 224,and contained within the following described land:
SEE EXHIBIT"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and said Grantor does hereby remise, release, and quitclaim to the said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs
assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which grantor has in and to the said water
lines, be they realty,personalty,or mixed.
This instrument has been executed at the request of Grantee, for the sole purpose of Grantee being able to
legally remove said water lines from the land described in Exhibit A.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused these presents to be executed in its name by the Board of
County Commissioners acting by the Chairman or Vice of said Board, the day and year first above
written.
