to determine those areas that could be added to the geographic areaseurrentlyi~ntifiedin the Collier County
C~lidated Impact Fee Ordinance, Ordinance No. 200l-13,eoditied as Section 74-303 (C) 1 .in theCode of
Laws and~inances "Limitation on Applicability," as expressJy excluded from the imposition, of Watetand
Sewer Impact Fees until such time those Developments are within ten years of being connected to the Regional
