TAX DEED AFFIDAVIT
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority on this day personally appeared Frank J. Celsnak and Marlene
J. Celsnak, Individually and as Trustees of the Frank J. Celsnak and Marlene J. Celsnak TR UDT. who
after being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That I acquired title to the below described property by a Tax Deed from Collier County Clerk of the
Circuit Court or County Comptroller dated May 5th, 2014.
I have paid the taxes on the subject lands continuously since that date.
There has been no possession adverse to the Tax Deed.
That the owners previous to the Tax Deed, or anyone claiming through him/her has not been in actual
possession of the subject lands for one year or more following the issuance of the tax deed, said tax deed
having been recorded in Official Record Book 5033, Page 2329, of the Public Records of Collier County.
State of Florida.
The East 180 feet of Tract 29, Golden Gate Estates Unit 53, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in
Plat Book 7, Page 93, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
This Affidavit is given for the purpose of Stewart Title Company to close a real estate transaction and
Stewart Title Guaranty Company to issue title insurance in the referenced matter.
Affiant is familiar with the nature of an oath and with the penalties as provided by the laws of the State of
Florida for falsely swearing to statements in an instrument of this nature. Affiant affirms that she has read
the foregoing affidavit and fully understands the acts contained herein. For purposes of this affidavit the
use of the word "she" is intended and understood to mean all persons executing this affidavit be it "he",
"she"or"they"and singular shall include plural, when indicated.
