rospond to any quootions. Responding to Chairman Wimer, count~
^ttorncy Saunders stðted that if the ~tate engages in actlvitios that
results in taking property he did not see how the County could be
rosponsible for that and he r~commonded that, if tho ordinance is
passed, thero should be some indication that some notico would be given
to the petitioner that there m~y he some problem with access to the
property bec,.,uso of activitios by the Stato DOT.
