Ms. patricia Wheoler explained the rosolutlon which awards the
sale of the bonds to Prudentlal-Rache Securities, adding that the
rosolution d~clares the ~onrd s findings that the bond issue should
appropriately be sold by negotiated sale ftnd award the sale of the
bonds pursuant to the purchase cont~ct, Exhibit B, copias of which the
Commissioners have. Rhe said that tho purchase contract contalna the
torm. which Mr. WAqnor discussed and also mentions tho underwriter's
letter containin~ disclosure Information rp.quired by Chapter 218,

the bonds ^nd approves the form of the officinl statement, Exhibit C,
adding thnt the resolution provides that somo changes and revisions may
be mndo, as neCe~Aftry, to the form of the official statement with such
revisions to bo approved by the Chairman and evidenced by his execution
of that official statement. ~he said that the Roard's adoption of this
resolution would ftpprove and adopt all three exhibits by reference.

carried 4/0, with Commissioner Wonzel abøont, that Resolution 82-178,
awarding sale of the bonds, authorizing execution and delivery of ·
purchaso contract, fixing cortaln terms of the bond., authorlalnl)
