RESOLUTION NO. 91-433
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
COLLIER COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
TECHNICAL ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-26 creating the
Collier County Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board
provides that the Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners on May 28, 1991
directed Staff to amend Ordinance No. 91-26 to provide that the
Collier County Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board
shall consist of eleven (11) members; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County
Commissioner hereby appoints eleven (11) members to the Collier
County Environmental Policy Technical Advisory Board. The terms
of following nine (9) members shall commence on May 28, 1991:
David Addison
Gary Beardsley
David Land
David Maehr
Stephen Means
Anthony Pires, Jr.
Larry Richardson
A. Glenn Simpson
David Wilkison
The terms of the following two (2) members shall commence on the
date the Board of County Commissioners approves the amendment to
Collier County Ordinance No. 91-26 that provides for the
appointment of eleven (11) members to the Advisory Board:
Michael Davis
M. Michel Saadeh
The Advisory Board members shall decide upon the initial
terms of office for the eleven (11) members and shall recommend to
the Board of County Commissioners the initial terms of office for
each of the eleven (11) members. The Board of County
Commissioners by separate Resolution shall approve the initial

terms of office as it deems appropriate.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
