EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Appointment of members to Radio Road East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to the intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard MSTU Advisory Committee. OBJECTIVE: To reappoint two members to the Radio Road East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to the intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard MSTU Advisory Committee with terms expiring on October 27, 2016. CONSIDERATIONS: The Radio Road East of Santa Barbara Boulevard to the intersection of Radio Road and Davis Boulevard MSTU Advisory Committee was created on July 28, 2009 by Ordinance No. 2009 -44. This five member committee will recommend to the Board of County Commissioners an itemized budget of the amount of money required to carry out the business of the MSTU, recommend work programs and priorities in accordance with the adopted budget/budget amendments in carrying out the MSTU and may adopt guidelines to govern its operation and the operation of the MSTU, subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners. Members must reside within the MSTU which will include Sapphire Lakes, The Shores, Furse Lakes Club, Granada Lakes Villas, Ibis Club, Madison Park, Blue Heron, Sherwood Park, Berkshire Lakes- Berkshire Pine, Sabal Lakes, and Plantation. Terms will be 4 years. Tom DePouw and Sue Chapin had terms that expired on October 27, 2012.
