EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Appointment of member(s)to the Immokalee Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee OBJECTIVE: To reappointment 2 members to fill terms that will expire on September 23, 2016, on the Immokalee Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee. CONSIDERATIONS: The Immokalee Beautification MSTU Advisory Committee has 2 terms that expired on September 23, 2012. This 5-member committee advises the Board of County Commissioners on the budget and related matters pertaining to the beautification taxing district. Members must be residents of the Immokalee Beautification Taxing District or a member appointed by a business located within the boundaries of the MSTU. Terms are 4 years. A list of the current membership is included in the backup. The terms of Norma Ramirez and Maria V. Ortiz expired on September 23, 2012.
