Commi~sioner Holland stat~d that the County should wait to sc~ what the financial position of the County Is going to be beforc ~nyone else is hired. Public ¡"'orks Administrator Hartman stated that this position is fundeè by the Gas Tax fund and that monoy can only be used for roads or posItIons to do with roads. He noted that the Bce previously approvcJ a budget predicated on the County's fiscnl YCÐr, adding that because the State has a diffcr~nt fisCdl yeðr some adjustments are necessary to make thp. fundS compðtible.
