Signed by Gov. on March 26th. (A few key requirements)...
Legislation requiring generators for Nursing Homes/ALFs (96 hours fuel,
maintain 81 degrees.
Requires cooling capability of 30 sq ft per resident. 20sq ft for ALF's.
Generator plans were due to County Emergency Management by
April 30 and compliance is excellent.
Extensions for construction, permitting or equipment shortage no later
than June 1, 2019.
Collier EM- Conducted one workshop and one webinar with over 50
local facilities participating.
