EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Recommendation to approve fifteen (15) releases of lien for deferral of Collier County impact fees
for owner occupied affordable housing dwelling units that were transferred from the developer to
the new owner.
OBJECTIVE: Approve fifteen (l 5) releases of liens.
CONSIDERATIONS: On various dates, the Board of County Commissioners approved lien
agreements for deferral of 100 percent of Collier County impact fees for residential dwelling units to be
constructed by Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Inc. (Developer). The Developer has since sold
the subject properties to income qualified buyers. The Board of County Commissioners approved the
new buyers' impact fee deferral lien agreements and such agreements are recorded in the Public Records
of Collier County. By approving the buyers' impact fee deferral agreements, the impact fee repayment
obligation was transferred from the Developer to the new owners. In order to avoid duplicate liens
against the subject properties, staff recommends releasing the following liens.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Collier County, whose post office address is 3299 E.
Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, the owner(s) and holder(s) of a certain Impact Fee Agreement
executed by habitat for Humanity of Collier County, Inc. to CoIIier County, recorded on December
3, 2009 in Official Records Book 4514, Page 2954 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida,
hereby does remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of the said
agreement, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said lien, more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 14, Regal Acres, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 87 through
90, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida (10283 Kingdom Court, Naples, FL
34114).
The undersigned is authorized to and does hereby release this Lien with respect to the above -
named property, and consents to this Lien being forever discharged of record with respect to said
property.
