RESOLUTION 88- 243
A RESOLUTION INCREASING FEES AND CHARGES
AS REQUIRED BY COLLIER COUNTY ORDINANCE
NO. 82-2; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Section 15 of Collier County Ordinance No.
82-2, the Comprehensive Zoning Regulations for the
Unincorporated Area of Collier County, authorizes the Board
• of County Commissioners to change the fees listed in the
Zoning Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, CollierCounty Ordinance No. 82-2 provides that
the County shall not be required to bear any part of the cost
of applications or petitions made under the Collier County
Zoning Ordinance and that the fees and charges represent the
actual cost of required legal advertising, postage, clerical,
• filing and other costs involved in the processing of
applications and petitions; and
WHEREAS, additional costs have been incurred by the
County in the clerical filing, and other associated costs
involved in the processing of applications and petitions; and
WHEREAS, said costs should be payable by the applicant.

• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY •
• COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that:
SECTION ONE:
The fees for the processing of Zoning related 1
applications and petitions are hereby revised and increased
as follows:
Note: The fee for All petitions applied for
after-the-fact shall be twice that listed below as provided , ,
by Collier County Ordinance No. 88-51.
