enforcement lien, for payment of$1,527.96, in relation to Code Enforcement Board case number
CEPM20090011813.
CONSIDERATIONS: As a result of code violations at 3850 Recreational Lane, the Code

years prior to the new owner taking title. The property is in compliance, is being actively
maintained, and an amount of$1,527.96 has been paid. This represents $117.96 in operational
costs, $960 in county abatement costs, and $450 in fines.

by the Board, accrued fines in the amount of$4,300 would be waived.
