Executive Summary
Request discussion with the Board of County Commissioners regarding an Emergency issue in the
Pelican Bay Services Division Elections and to ask the Board to adjust the dates of the events
surrounding the Election to insure compliance.
OBJECTIVE: For the Clerk of Courts and County Attorney to discuss with the Board of County
Commissioners an Emergency issue regarding Pelican Bay Services Division Elections.
CONSIDERATIONS: A discussion necessary regarding an Emergency issue with the Pelican Bay Services
Division Elections.

RECOMMENDATION: That the Board of County Commissioners declare an Emergency exists regarding
