SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN COLLIER COUNTY
AND
COLLIER COUNTY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY(IMMOKALEE)
This Amendment is entered this 27 day of 44%/rr'` 2018, by and between "Collier County
Community Redevelopment Agency(CRA)" a community Redevelopment Agency approved by the Board
of Collier County Commissioners, "SUBRECIPIENT" and Collier County, Florida, hereinafter to be referred
to as"COUNTY" collectively stated as the "Parties."
RECITALS
WHEREAS, on October 11, 2016, the COUNTY entered into an Agreement for awarding Community
Development Block Grant Program funds to be used for the Immokalee Sidewalk Project. (hereinafter
referred to as the "Agreement").
WHEREAS, on September 26, 2017, the Board of Commissioners of Collier County approved an
Amendment to add additional funds to the project, identify the specific funding sources for the project,
and clarify certain terms within the agreement; and
WHEREAS,the Parties desire to amend the agreement to extend the agreements Period of Performance.
