Innovation Zone for Interchange Activity Center Nine, with adjusted boundaries
Commissioners:
I represent Citygate Development, LLC, 850 NWN, LLC and CG II, LLC, (collectively
City Gate) the developers responsible for the City Gate Commerce Park PUD, as amended.
City Gate supports passage of item #10; the establishment an Innovation Zone for
Interchange Activity Center Nine, with adjusted boundaries, to promote Target industries and re-
evaluate the design standards adopted for the Interchange, the current land uses allocated within
the IAC, as well as the current configuration and determine the feasibility of developing a
flexible zoning overlay to further facilitate economic development.
City Gate will participate with the other existing property owners, County staff, the
Chamber of Commerce, stakeholders, and potential interested businesses to expand IAC9, clarify
the Targeted Industries, and refine the zoning overlay.
