This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to Grantor's lands as described above, and for the purpose of construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Easement shall expire one year beyond the official acceptance of the public improvements by the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, or on completion of the project, whichever occurs first. Grantee shall restore the surface of the Easement Area to the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
