LLC (dba Silsby Aviation) for office space at the Marco Island
Executive Airport.
For a 5 year lease at a monthly rate of$113.43 (plus applicable
taxes) plus an annual Commercial Operating Fee of$200.00 (plus
applicable taxes)
2) Recommendation to approve Amendment #1 to Contract No. 16-6561
"Design Services for Marco Executive Terminal" with Atkins North
America, Inc. in the amount of$919,674 for engineering and
inspection services during construction and authorize the Chairman to
execute the Amendment.
