Recommendation to approve for recording the minor final plat of Hampton Village Lot 17 and 18 Replat, Application Number FP- PL20140000417. OBJECTIVE: To approve for recording the minor final plat of Hampton Village Lot 17 and 18 Replat. a subdivision of lands located in Section 5, Township 48 South, Range 29 East. Collier County, Florida. CONSIDERATIONS: The Engineering Services Department has completed the review of the minor final plat of Hampton Village Lot 17 and 18 Replat. These documents are in compliance with the Countv Land Development Code and Chapter 177, Florida Statutes and Section 10.02.04.D of the Land Development Code. All fees have been paid. This project is within the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District and has been found to be consistent the requirements of the Ave Maria SRA. There are no required subdivision improvements associated with this final plat. Since this Replat creates an additional Lot, the platting process was necessary. The Engineering Services Department recommends that the minor final plat of Hampton Village Lot 17 and 18 Replat be approved for recording. FISCAL IMPACT: The Countv will realize revenues as follows: Fund: Growth Management Fund 131 Agency: County Manager Cost Center: 138327 -Land Development Services Revenue generated by this project: Total: $1,020.00 LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved as to form and legality. and requires a majority vote for Board approval. - SAS GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: The developer must receive a Certificate of Adequate Public Facilities prior to the issuance of the final approval letter and plat recordation. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board approve the minor final plat of Hampton Village Lot 17 and 18 Replat, Application Number FP- PL20140000417 for recording.
