Many vehicles on property stored in the rear yard and are unlicensed/inoperable.
5. The violation has not been abated as of the date of the public hearing.
ORDER
Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law,and pursuant to the authority granted in
Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Collier County Ordinance No.2007-44,as amended,it is hereby ORDERED:
A. Respondent is found guilty of violating of Collier County Land Development Code 04-41,as amended,
Section 2.02.03 and Code of Laws and Ordinances,Chapter 130,Article III,Section 130-95.
B. Respondent must abate all violations by obtaining and affixing a current valid license plate to each vehicle
not stored within the confines of a completely enclosed structure,or stored said vehicles within a
completely enclosed structure,and/or repair defects so vehicle is immediately operable or remove offending
vehicles from residentially zoned area on or before January 24,2018 or a fine of$100.00 per day will be
imposed for each day the violation(s)remains thereafter.
C. If Respondent fails to comply with this Order,the Collier County Code Enforcement Department may
abate the violation using any method to bring the violation into compliance.If necessary,the County may
request the services of the Collier County Sheriffs Office for the purpose of accessing the property for
abatement. All costs of abatement shall be assessed against the property.

D. Respondent is ordered to pay operational costs for the prosecution of this case in the amount of$64.00 on
or before August 27,2017.
E. Respondent shall notify the Code Enforcement Investigator of this case within 24 hours of abatement or

before the Special Magistrate of Collier County,who after being fully sworn,deposes and says:
1. That on January 5,2018,the Special Magistrate held a hearing and issued an Order in the above-styled matter and stated
that Defendant(s)was to abate all violations as stated in the Order of the Special Magistrate recorded in the public records

2. That the respondent did contact the investigator.
3. That the re-inspection(s)performed on February 6,2018 revealed that the corrective action ordered by the Special
Magistrate was in compliance by restoring the drainage system to meet the intent of the original design.

2. Respondent was notified of the date of hearing by certified mail and posting and the Special
Magistrate{has jurisdiction of this matter.
3. Respondent,having been duly notified,did not appear at the public hearing but entered into a
stipulation.
4. The real property located at 9235 The Lane,Naples,Florida,Folio#30782520001(Legal
Description:EDGEWILD LOT 61),is in violation of Collier County Land Development Code
04-41,as amended, Section 10.02.06(B)(1)(a)and 10.02.06(B)(1)(e)(i),in the following
particulars:
Alterations made to the drainage system(culvert/swale)without obtaining required
permits.
5. The violation has not been abated as of the date of the public hearing.

ORDER
Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law,and pursuant to the authority
granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Collier County Ordinance No.07-44,as amended,it is hereby
ORDERED:
A. Respondent is found guilty of violation of Collier County Land Development Code 04-41,as
amended, Section 10.02.06(B)(1)(a)and 10.02.06(B)(1)(e)(i).
B. Respondent must abate the violation by obtaining all required Collier County Building permits or
Demolition permit,inspections,and Certificate of Completion/Occupancy to make alterations to
the drainage system according to the plans approved by the County Engineer and have altered
drainage system inspected and approved by the County Engineer on or before April 5,2018 or a
fine of$100.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation remains thereafter.
C. If Respondent fails to comply with this Order,the Collier County Code Enforcement Department
may abate the violation using any met •_ - e violation into compliance.If necessary,the

ORDER
Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law,and pursuant to the authority
granted in Chapter 162,Florida Statutes,and Collier County Ordinance No.07-44,as amended, it is hereby
ORDERED:

B. Respondent must abate the violation by obtaining all required Collier County Demolition permits,
inspections,and Certificate of Completion,on or before February 1,2018 or a fine of$200.00
per day will be imposed for each day the violation remains thereafter.
C. If Respondent fails to comply with this Order,the Collier County Code Enforcement Department
may abate the violation using any method to bring the violation into compliance. If necessary,the
County may request the services of the Collier County Sheriffs Office for the purpose of
accessing the property for abatement. All costs of abatement shall be assessed against the
property.
D. Respondent is ordered to pay operational costs for the prosecution of this case in the amount of
$112.45 on or before February 1,2018.
