Public Petition request from Mr. Mark Hetzner requesting that a wall or guardrail be installed on
a section of Rattlesnake-Hammock Road (ust East of U541 on the North side of the roadway) to
prevent cars from leaving the road.
Dear Mr. Hetzner:
Please be advised that you are scheduled to appear before the Collier County Board of Commissioners at
the meeting of February 13,2018 regarding the above referenced subject.
Your petition to the Board of County Commissioners will be limited to one speaker for no more than ten
minutes. Please be advised that the Board may not take action on your petition at this meeting, however,
the subject matter of your petition may be placed on a future agenda for consideration at the Board's
discretion. Therefore, your petition to the Board should be to advise them of your concern and the need
for action by the Board at a future meeting. Please be prepared to respond to inquiries by Board members.
The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commission Chambers, Collier County

accidents in less than a year. Very Dangerous for drivers and home owners.

The county should build a wall or install High Impact Guard rails to stop cars
from leaving the road.
