EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Recommendation to approve additions,a deletion, and reclassifications to the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan made from January 1,2015 through March 31,2015. OBJECTIVE: To ratify the title modification of one classification specification and the addition of three new classification specifications in the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan. CONSIDERATIONS: Pursuant to Ordinance No. 13-40,the Board of County Commissioners has authorized the County Manager to make additions, modifications and deletions to the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan, subject to retroactive ratification by the Board. This occurs three times during the fiscal year—in January, in April and in July. The modifications to the County's 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan made between January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015 (Exhibit 1) consist of one title modification without change to pay grade or job functions and the reclassification from existing job titles to three new classification specifications for the Airport(s)based on divisional restructuring. FISCAL IMPACT: This action will have no fiscal impact to the County. LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS: This item has been approved as to form and legality and requires majority vote for approval.—CMG GROWTH MANAGEMENT IMPACT: There is no growth management impact associated with this Executive Summary. RECOMMENDATION: That the Board approve and ratify modifications of classification specifications in the 2015 Fiscal Year Pay and Classification Plan.
