document or the final negotiated contract date whichever is applicable.

signature and initials are required.
7. In most cases(some contracts are an exception),the original document and this routing slip N/A
should be provided to the County Attorney Office at the time the item is input into SIRE.
Some documents are time sensitive and require forwarding to Tallahassee within a certain
time frame or the BCC's actions are nullified. Be aware of your deadlines!

RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - 18
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, REAPPOINTING PATRICIA SHERRY
AND APPOINTING GARY BROMLEY TO THE LAND ACQUISITION
ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 2002-63, established the Land Acquisition Advisory
Committee to assist the Board of County Commissioners in establishing an "Active Properties
Acquisition List" with qualified purchase recommendations consistent with the goals of Conservation
Collier; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2002-63, as amended, provides that this Advisory Committee shall
consist of seven to nine members representing the broad and balanced interests of Collier County Citizens
as set forth in the Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, there is currently one vacancy on this Advisory Committee, and three seats which
shall expire on February 11, 2018; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice soliciting
applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee has provided the Board of County
Commissioners with its recommendation for appointment and reappointment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that PATRICIA SHERRY, representing general civic/citizen
interests, is hereby reappointed to the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee upon the expiration of her
current term,to serve another three-year term expiring on February 11, 2021, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that GARY BROMLEY, representing general civic/citizen
interests, is hereby appointed to the Land Acquisition Advisory Committee effective February 12, 2018,
to a three-year term expiring on February 11, 2021.
THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED upon majority vote on the 23rd day of January, 2018.
