Monthly Financial Report - Candida Heater A. $1,000,000 invoice to be paid as per MOU (Agreement OT040622) where the District, through the Big Cypress Basin Budget, agrees to pay the County $20,000,000 at $1,000,000 per year for 20 years, from FY2003/2004 – FY2023/2024. The first $10,000,000 was used for the purchase of the Fleischmann property to build Freedom Park; the second $10,000,000 is to be used for the secondary canal system maintenance.
