consider the enactment of a County Resolution. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. The title of the proposed
Resolution is as follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER
COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO DISCLAIM, RENOUNCE AND VACATE THE COUNTY AND
THE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THE 20-FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT RECORDED IN
OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2699, PAGE 2204 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE
SOUTH SIDE OF LIVINGSTON WOODS LANE, NORTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF
PINE RIDGE ROAD AND WHIPPOORWILL LANE, IN SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 49
