TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT, made and entered into this
2L3' day of CO(' 42) 2017, by
SARAH JEAN MOSELY, a married woman, and SHELIA R. FARAGHER, a single woman, as
joint tenants with rights of Survivorship, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantors," whose post
office address is 2221 14th Avenue NE, Naples, FL 34120, to COLLIER COUNTY, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee," whose post office
address is 3335 East Tamiami Trail, Suite 101, Naples, Florida 34112, its successors and assigns, as
Grantee. (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors or assigns.)
WITNESSETH:
Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration
paid by the Grantee, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby convey, grant,
bargain and sell unto the Grantee, a temporary license and privilege to enter upon the following
described lands located in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
South 50 feet of Tract 99, Less the East 150 feet of GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT
16, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7 Pages 3 and 4, in the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
This Easement is granted for the express purpose of providing Grantee temporary access to
Grantors' lands as described above, and for the purpose of storing material and equipment during the
construction and installation of public improvements adjacent thereto. This Temporary Construction
Easement shall expire upon the completion of the construction of public improvements, but no sooner
than three months from the date hereof. Grantee shall restore the surface of the easement area to
the condition existing prior to the commencement of construction adjacent thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantors have caused these presents to be executed the date
and year first above written.
