Dear Ms. Watts:
This is to advise you that on September 24, 1991 the Board of
County Commissioners met and approved the appointment of
seven members to the Environmental Advisory Board.
The following citizens were appointed to the Environmental
Advisory Board: -
George Hermanson
Fred Vidzes
Susan Hebel Watts
Eric D. Worsham
Dr. John W. Martin
Patrick H. Neale
Todd Turrell
Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91-68 by which
the Environmental Advisory Board (EAB) was formed and
approved.
The EAB's first meeting will be held on November 6, 1991 at
9:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioners meeting room
on the 3rd floor of Building "F". It will be both an
organizational meeting and a business meeting. Several items
must be covered in the organizational portion of the meeting,
including establishment of the terms of services of each
member and the election of a chairman and vice-chairman.
Other items concerning the rules of procedure for the EAB
meetings will be determined. The meeting could be lengthy
due to the items to be covered and the business portion to
follow.

with the Ordinance No. 91-68 (EAB Ordinance) the Water
Management Advisory Board and the Environmental Advisory
Council are abolished. Please send the appropriate
notifications to members of Water Management Advisory Board
and Environmental Advisory Council.
Mr. Patrick Neale was elected chairman of the EAB. Mr.
George Hermanson was elected vice-chairman of the EAB. The
initial terms of office of the members of the EAB shall be as
follows:
Fred Vidzes will serve until September 30, 1992 .
Susan Hebel Watts will serve until September 30, 1992 .
Dr. John W. Martin will serve until September 30, 1993 .
Patrick H. Neale will serve until September 30, 1993 .
Eric D. Worsham will serve until September 30, 1994 .
George Hermanson will serve until September 30, 1994 .
Todd Turrell will serve until September 30, 1995.
