DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, whose mailing address is
5775 Osceola Trail, Naples, Florida 34109 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), to COLLIER
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 3299 Tamiami
Trail East, do the Office of the County Attorney, Suite 800, Naples, Florida 34112 (hereinafter
referred to as"Grantee").

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and running for a distance of five
hundred twenty-two and 29/100 (522.29')feet, as shown on Exhibit"A".
This Easement is subject to the Grantor's use of the easement area for the purpose of
connecting the School Site and the existing school sign by installing utility infrastructure,
including underground electrical wire and fiber cable, as determined by the Grantor, in its sole
and absolute discretion. In addition, the Grantee shall be solely responsible for the future
maintenance of any and all of the improvements that it constructs or installs in the Easement
area.
Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
THIS IS NOT HOMESTEAD PROPERTY.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee together with the right to enter upon
said land and to place and/or excavate materials for the purpose of constructing, operating, and
maintaining roadway, sidewalk, drainage and utility facilities thereon. "Utility facilities" includes
public as well as private utilities, such as electric, telephone and cable television, but only if
such facilities have Collier County's consent and proper authorization. This easement includes
the right to remove and use any and all excavated material. The easement granted herein shall
constitute an easement running with the land and shall burden the School Site.
