r., KIM ORDINANCE 85-33, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 85-33, as amended by Ordinance
89-66, the cost of abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed
adsinietrative Coats incurred by the County, shall be assessed against
such property; end
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
Calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
With a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be legal, valid and binding
obligations upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS, the assessment shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days after the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0%) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OP COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the own- . said property, is hereby assessed
